Due to a promotion, Honda of Watertown’s Parts Department has an opening for a dependable full time counterperson to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Assist technicians and customers with Parts ordering, pricing, questions, pulling parts from stock and receiving as necessary.
• Answer all internal and external phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform dept.

shipping and receiving functions when needed from Mfg, FedEx, UPS, etc . Including stocking shelves, following all receiving paperwork / guidelines in place.

• Process parts inventory returns to manufacturer as directed by manager
• Perform inventory control functions
• Maintain a clean, orderly, professional work area and assist in entire depts.

Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times

Qualifications :

• Automotive knowledge preferrer
• Reliable and dependable
• Can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude is a must
• Good employment references
